5月16日,中消协在京发布《中国消费者权益保护状况年度报告(2022)》。2022年,全国消协组织共受理消费者投诉115.2万件,比上一年增长5.7%,解决915752件,投诉解决率79.5%,为消费者挽回经济损失13.8亿元。
